MEET Augustine
Augustine Arinaitwe is a bright and resilient child living in the Rukungiri community, where he is currently enrolled in Primary 7. Augustine is committed to the program as he participates in center days, Sunday school and camps. He is among the leaders in the Sunday school classes and dreams to be a doctor after school. His parents abandoned him with his young brother at a young age, so he now stays with a compassionate community member who struggles to support him. Even with these challenges, Augustine continues to show determination, kindness, and a sincere desire to learn and grow. With the support of a new sponsor, he would have the chance to continue his education and experience the stability every child deserves.
