MEET Fortunate
Fortunate Mazira is a bright and resilient child living in the Adjumani community, where she is currently enrolled in Primary 5. Fortunate is a South Sudanese refugee who lives with her disabled mother. She is a well-behaved, hardworking and respectful child. She helps her mother with domestic work given her mother's condition. They majorly depend on small scale stone quarrying to raise money for basic needs. Even with these challenges, Fortunate continues to show determination, kindness, and a sincere desire to learn and grow. With the support of a new sponsor, she would have the chance to continue her education and experience the stability every child deserves.
