Hope Namuga is a bright and resilient child living in the Najjanankumbi community, where she is currently enrolled in Primary 7. Hope is the second born in a family of six children with a very old father and a sickly mother. Hope's parents are farmers who grow crops mainly for subsistence and sell the surplus which they use for Hope and her siblings to go to school. It becomes very hard for Hope to attend school consistently because her school fees are not paid regularly due to her family’s low income. Although Hope comes from a needy family, she loves God and enjoys singing and dancing in children's church. Even with these challenges, Hope continues to show determination, kindness, and a sincere desire to learn and grow. With the support of a new sponsor, she would have the chance to continue her education and experience the stability every child deserves.
