MEET Zabrinah
Zabrinah Babirye is a bright and resilient child living in the Gaba community, where she is currently enrolled in Nursery School. When she first started at our Early Childhood Program, she was very malnourished and in need of help. Zabrinah's mother gave birth to her when she was only 14 years old and the father is unknown. Her mother has gone to an unknown place abandoning her in the care of her sickly and HIV positive grandmother. Even with these challenges, Zabrinah continues to show determination, kindness, and a sincere desire to learn and grow. With the support of a new sponsor, she would have the chance to continue her education and experience the stability every child deserves.
