KAT04306 Honest lives in Katovu with her grandmother since being abandoned by her parents. Her grandmother struggles to provide and is often the one in need of care herself, so Honest is the one who cares for her. She comes from a Christian background and is growing deeper roots in her relationship with God through the project's discipleship program. Honest is a committed student and attends all program activities, enthusiastically participating in Center Days, camps, Sunday school, and Awana (where she has been given leadership roles). She is in Primary 1 in school and her favorite subject is English, but she needs a new sponsor in order to continue her education. Honest's favorite thing to do is play.
