GUL04778 Noel lives in Gulu with his parents who struggle to provide for the family's most basic needs. Even at a young age, the CDP staff see Noel as a leader among the other children. They view his potential as a person of influence and pray that through the project's discipleship program he will continue to grow into a Christian leader who will transform communities as a witness of Christ to the world. He is in nursery school and his favorite subject is writing, but he needs a new sponsor in order to continue his educaction. Noel’s favorite thing to do is to play soccer.
