KAT03721 Promise lives in Katovu with her parents and siblings. Their father is disabled and the mother often neglects them, leaving them alone to fend for themselves. At the CDP, Promise has been actively involved and has taken on leadership roles at church. She attends Sunday school regularly and is in the choir. The staff have seen her grow into a responsible and hardworking girl. She is a good student in Primary 2 in school and her favorite subject is English, but she needs a new sponsor in order to continue her education. Promise’s favorite thing to do is dance.
