RUK04150 When Takirah's mother passed away, she was taken in by her aunt in Lusaze who struggles to provide for her needs. The program staff have been a source of comfort and stability for her, showing her the love of Christ. Takirah is committed to attending all program activities, and along with her family, has developed a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Takirah is a leader in Sunday school, has been given responsibilities at Awana, and is a class monitor at school. The staff see her as a great future leader. She is a good student in Primary 3 in school, and her favorite subject is English, but she needs a new sponsor in order to continue her education and receive program assistance.
