MUBJS05151 Akim lives in Mubende-Jabez with his single mother who struggles to make ends meet through small-scale farming. Being in the program has given Akim's life stability, allowing him to go to school and to be mentored and discipled by the staff at our Child Development Program. He is a bright and dedicated boy who enjoys participating in all CDP activities and has leadership roles at Awana. Akim is a good student in Primary 1 in school, his favorite subject is math, and he loves athletics. He needs a new sponsor to remain in the program and continue his education.
