Douglas Jingo grew up in a large family of 10 children, where poverty and limited opportunities made education a constant challenge. Through the support of the Buloba Child Development Program, Douglas encountered Christ, received an education, and discovered gifts in leadership, music, and service. Today, he is among the first of his siblings to reach this important educational milestone without dropping out of school.

Douglas now dreams of becoming a social worker dedicated to serving vulnerable children and families. Having experienced hardship himself, he is passionate about ensuring that no child goes hungry, drops out of school, or feels forgotten. He hopes to pursue a degree in Social Work and Social Administration but cannot do so without financial support.
