Ruth is a bright and determined young woman with a heart for serving others through medicine. Raised by parents who have dedicated their lives to teaching, she understands both the value of education and the sacrifices required to pursue it. Through the support of the Mukono Child Development Program, Ruth was able to remain in school, develop strong character, and build a foundation of faith and service that continues to guide her today. Her dream of becoming a doctor was inspired by seeing vulnerable people in her community struggle to access quality healthcare.

Today, Ruth is pursuing a Higher Education Certificate in Biological Sciences at Ndejje University, an important step toward earning a medical degree. However, with her childhood sponsorship now complete and her family's financial resources exhausted, she faces the very real possibility of being unable to continue her studies. A sponsor's support would help Ruth complete her education and fulfill her calling to bring compassionate healthcare to underserved communities while creating opportunities for others in the future.
