Gilbert is an ambitious and faith-filled young man who has overcome significant family challenges while remaining focused on his education and future goals. Following his parents' separation and his mother's serious illness, he found hope and stability through the Jabez Child Development Project. The program provided not only educational support but also mentorship, life skills training, and spiritual encouragement that helped shape him into a confident and responsible young adult. Through hard work and perseverance, Gilbert excelled academically and successfully completed his advanced secondary education.

Driven by a passion for science and innovation, Gilbert dreams of earning a degree in Biological Sciences. He hopes to use his knowledge to address critical challenges facing Uganda, including water shortages and dependence on imported resources. As his childhood sponsorship has now come to an end, university remains financially out of reach for his family. A sponsor's support would enable Gilbert to pursue higher education and equip him to develop practical solutions that will benefit his community and contribute to the nation's future.
