Zaharah is a determined and faith-filled young woman whose journey reflects resilience, perseverance, and hope. Raised by her single mother alongside six siblings, she understands the challenges of growing up in a household where resources are stretched to meet the needs of a large family. Through the support of the Mukono Child Development Project, Zaharah was able to remain in school from Primary One through the completion of Senior Six, receiving not only educational support but also spiritual mentorship that helped shape her character and strengthen her faith.

Throughout her years in the program, Zaharah excelled academically while actively serving in church ministry through the worship team and children's ministry. Her dedication and hard work enabled her to successfully complete her primary and secondary education, creating opportunities that once seemed out of reach. Today, she dreams of pursuing a degree in Journalism and Media Studies at Victoria University. She believes media can be a powerful tool for informing, inspiring, and positively influencing society.

Although Zaharah has already secured admission and completed registration, financial barriers have prevented her from beginning classes. With four younger siblings still in school, her mother cannot afford university tuition. A sponsor's support would give Zaharah the opportunity to pursue her calling, develop her talents as a media professional, and become a positive voice of influence in her community and beyond.
