Since 2005, Wentz Medical Center has been serving the physical needs of the community in Ggaba, Uganda. It has been an incredible opportunity to share the love of Christ while caring for the sick and hurting. We've been operating at full capacity for many years and we desire to expand in our ability to meet the pressing healthcare needs around us.
In 2022, we received a lead gift of $1,000,000 and a matching gift of another $1,000,000 towards the construction of a $4,500,000 expansion that would transform Wentz Medical Center into a regional hospital. This will allow us to serve the greater needs of the community with emergency care, surgical facilities, and expanded maternal and child health facilities.
Would you consider helping us to reach this goal so we can begin construction in 2023?
Your generous gift will not only expand our ability to meet healthcare needs by taking the medical center from a Level 3 clinic to a Level 4 hospital offering expanded services, but will also provide greater opportunity to share the HOPE found in Jesus Christ with many more people in the Ggaba community.
