ARUA05185 Noel lives in Arua. Since his parents separated, he now stays with his father who is an alcoholic and struggles to provide for the family. Being in the program has given Noel some stability in the midst of chaos. The local church community and our program staff have been an encouragement and support to him, helping him to grow in character and take on some leadership responsibilities at the church. Noel is in Primary 2 in school and his favorite subject is writing. He is the only member of his family who has been able to go to school because of his sponsorship, but he needs a new sponsor to remain in the program and continue his education.
